About Wild Thyme Botanicals

Wild Thyme Botanicals was born out of a desire to create beautiful products that delight the senses and nurture the body. The co-founders, Kathleen Smith and Andrea Smith, are a mother/daughter team committed to producing natural bath products that bring joy to the daily bathing ritual. Their passion for artistic endeavors and garden botanicals has resulted in a lovely line of bath products made from naturally derived ingredients.

They conduct business with integrity, respect, and with exemplary customer service. Their products are never tested on animals - only on willing human beings. They search for the highest quality ingredients at the best price so as to keep your Wild Thyme experience affordable.

Wild Thyme Botanicals is a small family run business located in the beautiful Monterey Bay area.

About the Soapmaker

After studying Art, Design, and Engineering at various Universities, Andrea completed a Bachelor’s degree in Clinical and Counseling Psychology with a minor in Women’s Studies from San Jose State University. She put her degree to use in the non-profit human services field for well over 15 years. It was while working in local public policy to promote women’s issues that she became aware of the alarming link between personal care/cosmetic products and cancer. This served as the catalyst to take her lifelong interest in gardening, herbs, and botanical healing to create skincare products that are safe, enjoyable, and effective.
